STRATEGIC PLAN GOALS
FUNDING, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & GROWTH
We will maintain, improve, and develop funding opportunities or cost effectiveness so that OMOCS and persons served will economically prosper.
CONSUMER SERVICES
We will provide innovative services to improve and/or maintain the quality of life for individuals with disabilities so that OMOCS is the provider of choice.
HUMAN RESOURCES
Retain a stable, qualified, well-trained workforce that is engaged and helps to create and maintain a positive and professional work culture.
TECHNOLOGY
OMOCS will utilize existing technology to find ways to be more effective, efficient, and utilize data to provide the best services possible.
LEADERSHIP
We will attract, develop, and retain a group of skilled individuals to serve and improve OMOCS Board of Directors, so that persons served are empowered to enrich their quality of life.
MARKETING
We will raise awareness and visibility within the local areas, so that we will increase public and private partnerships/support.

Tailored Day Services client satisfaction: 95% client satisfaction with being provided effective support while exploring their Person-Centered Goal Plan.
